Who are we?

Hi, we’re Brooke and Holly — co-founders of Ripple Theatre.

We first met while studying at New College Lanarkshire, and from day one, something just clicked. Over our first two years of training together, we found ourselves constantly collaborating! Whether in class, on stage, or performances outside of college. As performers, creatives, and friends, our connection always felt easy and exciting.

When it came time to split off and pursue our individual degree paths, we knew it wasn’t a goodbye — just a pause. We’d always said we’d come back together during our honours year to finally make something that was ours. And that’s exactly how Ripple Theatre was born!

Inspired by the Ripple Effect we believe that each performance, each story, and each moment on our stage has the potential to connect our community in meaningful ways.

Our mission is to create bold, socially conscious theatre that makes waves. We believe theatre is at its best when it’s personal - and we try to pour as much of ourselves into our work as we can.
